What we collect
What you enter: a name, a username, an email address and a password, and then whatever you create in the app - actions, projects, messages, files, contracts and transactions.
What the service needs to run: the network address you connected from, for counting failed sign-ins and holding back abuse, and the timing of significant events for the audit trail.
What we do not collect: there are no advertising trackers, we build no behavioural profile, and we do not sell your data to anybody. Your content is not used to train any model.
Why we keep it
So the service works: with no account there is nothing to sign in to, and with no actions or files there is nothing to show. This is the basis of the agreement you have with us.
For your safety and everybody else's: counting failed sign-ins, recording events, and keeping a trail that lets an incident be reconstructed.
To meet legal and financial obligations, such as keeping a record of payments.
AI
Meeting transcripts and summaries are optional and only run when you press the button. To produce them, the meeting's audio is sent to the model provider.
If you would rather that did not happen, simply do not use the feature. Nothing is sent automatically.
Outside services
Only if you connect them: Google Drive, Dropbox, Google Calendar, Google Meet and Zoom. Each reaches only its own dedicated folder or calendar, and you can disconnect any of them whenever you like.
We use a delivery service to send email and a gateway to take payment. The body of an email is not stored here, only whether it went out.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. A file you delete stays in the trash for 21 days and then goes for good. Sessions expire after 30 days.
The ledger and the audit trail are not erased, because not being erasable is exactly their job - but they hang off your account and go with it.
Your rights
You can see and correct your data, export reports and lists to CSV, and download your files. Nothing is stored in a shape that can only be read from inside Flowra.
