For remote teams

The meeting ends; the actions and their context don't get lost

Online meetings with Meet or Zoom, transcripts for whoever missed it, actions (tasks) for decisions, and Telegram notifications for changes; all in your own language and on your own clock.

Who is this page for? A distributed distributed team working across cities or countries, whose coordination depends on online meetings and messages.

Familiar pains

Scattered

After every online meeting, no trace of the decisions remains.

One job, four places

In conversationIn an emailIn a spreadsheetOn somebody's desktop
Buried

Time zones mean half the team is always left behind.

Hunting for the latest version240 messages

Out of date

Most tools treat right-to-left and a second calendar as an afterthought.

Before and after Flowra

The old way

Whoever missed the meeting has to ask around about what happened.

Due dates get written in one person's time zone, and everyone else gets them wrong.

Announcements mean messages in three different group chats.

The feature and its benefit

Meeting room with recording and transcript

The meeting happened for the person who wasn't there, too.

Timezone

Nobody miscalculates the time anymore.

Telegram notifications

Important news lands where the team actually is.

Full localisation, RTL and a second calendar

The tool wrestles with language and calendars, so you don't have to.

Why does Flowra work for this kind of work?

  • Remote work runs on shared memory; the transcript and the action's story are that memory.
  • Full English LTR is there too, so a teammate who does not read the source language is never left out.
  • No claims about members' live online/offline presence; Flowra is a coordination tool, not monitoring.

Your questions

Do meetings run inside Flowra itself, or on Meet and Zoom?

Both: Flowra's meeting room with lobby and recording, or connect the meeting to your own team's Meet or Zoom link.

Does the transcript work in a non-English language?

Recorded meetings have a reviewable transcript; text quality depends on audio quality, and we don't claim smart summarization.

What about members without Telegram?

In-app notifications and the daily digest are still there; Telegram is just an extra channel.

Which calendar are due dates recorded in?

The local calendar by default; any member can choose Gregorian and the display changes just for them.

What about a collaborator outside the team?

Invite them to the workspace, or just exchange files and forms with them via a Folio guest link.
