Flowra/Solutions/Actions with contract context
The action-and-contract flow

Turn every contractual commitment into trackable work

Design the contract on A4 in Folio, collect a two-party signature, archive it in My Files, and turn its commitments into actions (tasks); with an owner, a due date, and financial context when needed.

Who is this page for? Anyone working with contracts, agreements, or official forms, where the real follow-up headache starts after signing.

Familiar pains

Scattered

After signing, nobody opens the contract again.

The feature and its benefit

Folio's A4 form builder

Contracts and receipts come out looking exactly the way they should.

Guest link

The other party signs with no account and no install.

Automatic archiving in My Files

The valid version is always in one known place.

An action for every commitment

Contract clauses move from paper to your work list.

Why does Flowra work for this kind of work?

  • Folio and actions live in one space; signature to follow-up is a few clicks.
  • The document's change history is recorded and signatures are two-party; but we don't claim "guaranteed legal validity", that depends on the laws governing each contract.
  • There's no automatic action creation from contract clauses; you turn commitments into actions yourself.

Your questions

Is a Folio signature legally valid?

Folio records two-party signatures and change history; legal validity depends on the contract type and applicable laws, and we make no guarantees.

What does the other party see?

Through the guest link, only the fields marked for them can be filled and signed; the history and the rest of the document stay closed.

Are there ready-made contract templates?

Yes; there are starter templates like contracts and receipts, and you can also design a blank document.

Can the document change after signing?

The closed round is recorded and its output archived in My Files; later changes live separately as a new round and version.

How do I track contract payments?

Create an action with a due date and financial link for each payment clause; when it comes due, it gets an automatic follow-up action too.
