For marketing teams

Move campaigns from brief to launch on connected actions

The brief, meetings, team tasks, creative files, partner contract, and campaign costs; all beside the campaign itself. In Flowra, an action (task) carries its context with it.

Start with Flowra

Who is this page for? Managers or members of marketing teams of 2 to 15 people running several campaigns at once with internal and external collaborators.

Familiar pains

Scattered

The brief lives in one document, the campaign runs in a task manager; halfway through, they fall apart.

One job, four places

In conversationIn an emailIn a spreadsheetOn somebody's desktop
Buried

Creative files and feedback get lost in chat, and nobody knows which version is final.

Hunting for the latest version240 messages

Out of date

Campaign costs and partner contracts are recorded somewhere else, and by the end the numbers are murky.

The old way

After the brief meeting

everyone jots down their own take somewhere.

Finding the latest banner version means scrolling up and down the chat.

At month's end

campaign costs have to be totaled up from several places.

The feature and its benefit

Actions with an owner and due date

It's clear who owns each campaign deliverable and when it'll be ready.

Attachments and My Files

The final version of every creative file is always beside its work.

The action's financial link

Each activity's cost sticks to the activity itself, not a separate spreadsheet.

Action story

Later, you can see which decision changed, when, and why.

Why does Flowra work for this kind of work?

  • Campaigns are inherently multi-person and multi-deliverable; Flowra is built precisely so each deliverable's context doesn't scatter.
  • No need to throw out your current chat or meeting tools; start running campaigns from actions and bring the rest in gradually.
  • We don't promise approval workflows or a social media scheduler; Flowra doesn't have those right now.

Your questions

Do we need a separate space for each campaign?

Not necessarily. You can have one team workspace and make each campaign a project; actions are separated by space and project filters.

Where do we put heavy creative files?

Attach them to an action or put them straight in My Files; files have categories and search, and chat attachments are downloadable too.

How do we sign a contract with an external partner?

Create an A4 contract in Folio and get a two-party signature via a guest link; the result is archived in My Files.

How do we total up campaign costs?

Record transactions with a type and tags and link them to actions; reports come out with date-range filters, CSV export, or print.

Does Flowra have a social media publishing calendar?

No. The calendar view of actions is for due dates; there's no automatic post scheduling, and we're not promising one.
