Your account
You need an account with accurate details. Keeping your password safe is yours to do, and anything done with your account is attributed to it.
An account belongs to one person. If you have a team, each person gets their own: a seat means one human with access.
What you make stays yours
The content you put into Flowra remains yours. We take only the permission the service needs to run: storing it, showing it to the people you gave access to, and backing it up.
Flowra itself, and its name and marks, are ours. Ordinary use of the service grants no rights over the software.
What is not acceptable
Using it for anything unlawful, sending malware, trying to break into somebody else's access, or a load meant to take the service down.
If we see that, we may limit access or freeze the account. Unless it is urgent and serious, we will tell you first.
Payment and subscription
A plan belongs to your account, and every workspace you own runs on it. The prices are on the pricing page.
Cancelling means it will not renew; the period you paid for runs to its end. If a price changes, your current period finishes at the price you bought it at.
A subscription ending removes no member and no file. A plan's limit only stops you adding the next person.
The service, as it is
We work to keep Flowra available and correct, but no service is uninterrupted. Features may change, and if something important is removed we will say so in advance.
Our liability is limited to what you have paid for the service. Keeping your own copy of anything critical to you is always the sensible thing to do.
Ending it
You can leave whenever you like. Take your export first: once an account is deleted, the data is removed in line with the retention policy.
If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with its date.
