Account page: transactions, info and members

What this is wired to
A bank card, a currency account or a wallet
Flowra doesn’t ask you what kind of account it is; anything that holds money is an account: a bank card, a currency account at an exchange or platform, a crypto wallet, or even a cash wallet. What defines an account is its title, its bank or platform, its currency and the space it belongs to.
“Personal” shows up only in your own finance; pick a workspace and the account also appears in that space’s finance. In a space where you are only a viewer, you can’t create a new account.
- In “Finance” or “Accounts”, press “New account”
- Write the account’s title, such as Salary card or Tether wallet, and its bank, exchange or platform
- Choose whether this account is personal or which workspace it belongs to
- If you like, add the card number and an identifier: an account number, IBAN or wallet address
- Pick the currency and press “Add account”
What is never saved
If a word like password, CVV, PIN or recovery phrase turns up in the account’s note or identifier, the form refuses to save and tells you why. These are the keys to your money, and they belong in no app at all.
Every account on one page
At the top, “Accounts” adds up the total balance for each currency separately, with the number of accounts in each. Below that sits a search by name, bank or last four digits, plus a button for each currency. Every account is a card with its balance, transaction count, the last four digits of its identifier and its note, and the “Add transaction” and “Transactions” buttons.
The “More” menu on each card holds editing the details, this account’s report, members and shares, archiving and permanent deletion. In a workspace, “My accounts in this space” appears separately from “Teammates' accounts”, which are view only.
Three tabs
Each account has three tabs: Transactions, Info and members, and Report. Workspace accounts open these same pages with that space's address; they don't have a separate page.
At the top sits “Add transaction”, and beside it “Export” and “Pin to Finance”. Once an account is pinned, it’s the first thing “Finance” opens from then on.
Card and balance
Beside the account card sits the balance, with the income and expense totals beneath it. With no filter set, those two figures cover the whole history; pick a period or a filter and they add up just that range. “Full report” goes to the report tab, and tapping the card itself opens the account’s details.
If the balance has gone negative or spending has passed eighty percent of income, a warning appears under the card with a “Follow-up action” button.
Transactions: filters and export
Quick buttons for all, income, expense and transfer, and a range of today, 7 days, 30 days or all. “Filters” adds account member, category, date range and amount range, and “Clear all filters” brings the full list back. Export is either a CSV file or a print version and PDF.
The list is laid out day by day, with each day’s total beside its date; today and yesterday appear by name. Search looks through title, category, label and project. If this account’s transactions are linked to projects, a row of projects sits above the list, and tapping one keeps only that project’s transactions. The list grows thirty at a time.
A transaction's details
Tapping a transaction opens a panel with its kind, amount, category, label, who recorded it and, for a transfer, the account on the other side and the fee. If the transaction is linked to a project, a contract milestone, a contact or an action, each one opens that page with a single button.
Only whoever recorded a transaction can edit it: title, amount, category and project. For everyone else the panel is read only. Every edit keeps the before and after values in the history.
- Tap a transaction to open the details panel
- Change the title, amount, category or project
- Tap “Save changes”
- If something is left to do, create a “Follow-up action”
Void instead of delete
“Void” has taken the place of delete, and you can write down the reason too; the voided row stays in the ledger.
A voided transaction stays in the list, faded and with a “Voided” badge, drops out of the balance and every report, and its reason is recorded in the audit history. A transaction that has been voided once can’t be voided again.
Transfers on the account page
A transfer shows up in both accounts: as “Outgoing transfer” in the source and “Incoming transfer” in the destination. If the two accounts’ currencies differ, the destination gets exactly the amount paid in, and the rate and its source stay on the row. A fee recorded separately has its own “Fee” row in the paying account, so it is counted only once.
Account info
Title, bank or platform, card number, account ID or number, currency and note. The card number is hidden until you tap “Show full” and enter your password. At the bottom of the page, this account's projects and related actions are listed.
Each row has a copy button; numbers can be copied only once they are shown in full, and they hide again when you leave the page. Showing them in full is logged in the security history. The top of this page also shows when the account was created and the date of its latest transaction.
Shared account members
A shared account has one account owner and several members, and each person's share is shown as a percentage. You add a new member by a teammate's name or username. Only the account owner can add or remove members; any member can leave the shared account on their own.
A new member gets a notification and can record from this account right away; each transaction shows whose it is. A member who is removed or leaves no longer sees the account, but the transactions they recorded stay right where they are.
Splits and settlement
In a shared account’s report tab, “Each person's spending and inflow” shows how much each person spent and how much they brought in. In “Splits and settlement”, set each person’s share of total spending as a percentage or press “Split evenly”; the percentages must add up to exactly one hundred. Flowra works out who owes and who is owed, and who has to pay whom how much to settle up.
One account’s report
The “Report” tab has the same periods as the overall report but looks only at this account: total income and spending, the largest single expense, the category chart, a report by labels, transfers and fees paid. Tap any category or label to open the transactions behind it.
This account’s projects and actions
“This account's projects” are the projects that have a transaction from this account linked to them, each with its transaction count. “Related actions” are the tasks linked to this account or one of its transactions, with their status and due date.
“New action” or “Follow-up action” creates an action with a finance link type, such as reviewing a transaction, chasing an invoice or a payment with a due date, with an optional due date. For a workspace account the action is created in that space’s actions, and for a personal account in your personal actions.
Editing, archiving and permanent deletion
“Edit account” changes the account’s title, bank, note and space; the numbers can be edited only after “Show full”. The currency of an account that has transactions can’t change, and moving an account from your personal space into a workspace or back is for the account owner alone. Editing never touches the transaction history.
Archiving takes the account out of every list and out of quick logging, but its history and past reports stay. Archived accounts live in the “Archived” section of the accounts page and come back with “Restore”. Only the account owner can archive.
Permanent deletion is another matter: it also wipes every transaction, transfer and link of the account, and there is no way back. That is why a bold warning comes first and “Archive instead of deleting” is offered. Only the account owner can delete it, and the deletion itself is recorded in the audit history.
Access in a workspace
A workspace’s accounts are visible to every member of that space in the space’s finance, except a member whose finance access the space owner has closed or whose access has expired. Each account is managed by its owner: only they add or remove members, archive or delete the account, and move it between spaces.
Spending can be recorded only from an account that is yours or that you are a member of, and recording for a space needs edit rights in that space; a viewer records nothing and creates no accounts. Only whoever recorded a transaction can edit or void it.
On phones
On a phone the account page is one column: “Add transaction” at the top, the card and balance below it, then the tabs and the day-by-day list. The kind and range buttons fit into one horizontal row, and each transaction’s panel and the export window slide up from the bottom of the screen.
